Isotretinoin should never be administered to pregnant women and nursing mothers as it can cause fetal death. Isotretinoin should not be given to pediatric patients below the age of 12.

The recommended dose for Isofair-10 is 0.5 to 1.0 mg/kg/day given in two divided doses with food for 15 to 20 weeks.
