All our prices are in USD – we also charge any cards in USD.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Delivery is based on shipping method – we offer regular shipping and it takes 3 to 4 weeks . We also offer express shipping for a total of 10 to 14 business days  delivery time.

What country do you ship to?

Where do you ship from?

We currently ship exclusively out of India; our main distribution center is based in Mumbai (biggest commercial city in India). This insures all package are sent quickly and efficiently.

Some products such as tramadol  , some  ED such as Viagra ( sildenafil ) Cialis ( tadalafil ) are  sent from our Singapore location

What about your shipping cost and who will deliver my package?

Rx2Go.com currently offers 2 flat fees for shipping regardless of quantity – one is for express and one for regular shipping.

What is the packaging used when you ship my medication?

We usually try to keep it in the original package – sometimes we might take the strip out of the box and flatten the box for convince sake. But we never send loose medication or tamper with seals –

Is a prescription required to purchase from Rx2Go?

Most of our products do not require a prescription – however some might. those will be clearly marked on the product page in bold red letters – in this case you will need to scan and email

What about return, refunds and your cancelation policy?

We currently offer a satisfaction guaranteed – if you are not happy we will issue a 100% refund on your order. As per returns, due to industry regulation it’s not possible – we ask you to discard the product and request a refund regardless of why you wish to return it (such as wrong products received)

You will be send to our checkout page where you will need to fill in all your shipping information. Can I place a refill order?

We used to offer the price match but no longer do – unless you find a very big discrepancy from a site who has all the below – We may revise a product price on those case only
