What about return, refunds and your cancelation policy?

We currently offer a satisfaction guaranteed – if you are not happy we will issue a 100% refund on your order. As per returns, due to industry regulation it’s not possible – we ask you to discard the product and request a refund regardless of why you wish to return it (such as wrong products received)
