Risperidone is an atypical antipsychotic prescription drug. It is prescribed for the treatment of schizophrenia symptoms in adults and children at least 13 years of age. Symptoms may include loss of interest in life, a mental illness that causes unusual thinking and strong inappropriate emotions.
Risperidone is also prescribed to treat episodes of mania or mixed emotions in adults and children 10 years of age. It is also indicated for the treatment of symptoms in autistic children 5 to 16 years of age.
Like other antipsychotic medications, Risperidone affects the way the brain communicates with the nerve cells. It works by inhibiting the activity of dopamine and serotonin receptors. It helps restore the balance of the chemical signal in the brain that causes changes in mood. This allows people to think clearly and functions normally in life
Why Buy Risperidone?
Risperidone differs greatly from other antipsychotic medications. It causes lesser side effects like diarrhea and lesser degree of movement or extrapyramidal. Risperidone is the same active ingredient found in the brand name Risperdal. However, the generic name cost a lot cheaper than the brand name.
